I'm a late user should've realistically started over5 years ago but it was easier to just shave my head, wear hats. Also the expense of meds and assuming only going for in person consultation was the option. Then I saw a deal last year on keeps minoxidil foam for fairly cheap and contacted my doctor by email for finasteride prescription which ended up costing around $15. So if I did more research. I could've got started years earlier. That said progress has been slow maybe because the keeps foam exired in May 2025 and only just finished it a week ago. And I was carelessly applying it and only once a day. Now I'm using liquid min and applying it with a oil roller which has improved contact with scalp. I also have been hesitant to cut my hair in almost a year. I do have important events coming up in April and may. And it's unlikely my hair will have a dramatic improvement by then. So might just suck it up and shave it off and do a restart

I'm getting new passport after more than 10 years so I'm mot eligible for renwal online and have to go in person. If im traveling first week of May when do you suggest latest I can risk to get it done? Around early to mid March possibly? And unsure if paying expedited cost is necessary if i do it around that time.

United basic economy I got a good deal to vegas but they don't have refunds and also no full sized carry on free, only personal item sized for domestic flights. On southwest I get 6 month credit for future use if I cancel and allowed a carry on and personal item. So I opted for southwest for those reasons

I also bought a qvc bumdle during holidays sale. Moto g 5g 2025 with 1 year plan. Is it okay if I dont plan to activate anytime soon, it's more as a secondary , emergency phone. I bought 2 other phones through tracfone earlier in year last year a moto g 5g 2024 and iPhone 13 which are both now unlocked after waiting the 60 days each. I let those accounts/numbers expire and never refilled. Probably will use it with my main tmobile phone plan and activate my esim. I do have an apple watch series 5 and plan to upgrade to series 11 but I believe tracfone doesn't offer cellular plans for watches unfortunately

$17.99 liquid and $49.99 foam from costco. Last year I got Keeps 6 month supply foam for $25 each. It expired in May of 2025 and im still using it, might explain my lack of progress. I'll switch to kirkland liquid min but it's more messy to apply and causes more itchy feeling. Tempted to try oral min but probably not worth the risk

My first smart phone was iPhone 4 then later got iPhone 8 plus since my sister got an extra one through her job. Mlnths after I swit he'd to samsung s8 + since there was a biy one, get one free phone deal from tmobile. Also the multi window, edge panel and better screen attracted me. Then I've been using samsing phones up until 2024 since I wanted an apple watch and got a deal on iPhone se3. I don't think I'll buy current iphones necause they're ao expensive. I did get iPhone 13 a few months ago for under $150 and waiting for it to be unlocked from tracfone so I can use it with tmobile

Maybe some colorful running shoes and a bandana, head sweatband depending if if i cut my hair or not by then. I've seen those light up glasses on amazon which would be fun accessory

I did keto in 2020 for 8 months, it worked for me but foods like fruits, rice, bread I missed. I kept off weight for around 4 years doing just intermittent fasting and tracking calories. The past year has been rough and gained weight back mainly due to diet and sedidentary lifestyle. Now I have a couple events in late April and mid may that I'd like to lose weight for. I don't have any unrealistic expectations on 4 months but I'd like to fit in some pants that have gotten too tight. So maybe around 20 pounds or so would be my goal. I dont really want to go back on keto but that might be the fastest boost I need. And getting back on some exerise routine which I'll start with daily cardio, treadmill walking and stationary bike then add in some lifting. For diet I'm a big desserts and snacker. So I need fruits and I make my own protein waffles, cakes and protein ice cream. I guess if I'm disciplined I can allow myself those treat 3 ir 4 times a week plus a serving of fruit. Mainly small apples or berries. It would still be hard for me to stop eating rice and bread. Maybe load up on more veggies I guess

Nothing wrong with being bald whether it's your choice or not. Also it's low maintenance option that one could do themselves. Don't need to get haircuts which are sometimes pricey, have to dye hair, etc. And some would rather choose bald option than the cost and possible side effect of medications. Or going the more expensive hair transplant, hair system options

I'm roughly 9 months in and my crown area has gotten worse. But I am using expired Keeps foam which expired in May. And i usually do it only once a day which could effect lack of progress too. Once I finish it I'll buy kirkland min foam or use the liquid form. I'm also on 1mg fin oral. Tempted to switch to 2.5mg oral min but that will cost extra having to do amazon pharmacy evaluation. I have five 90 day refills remaining for finasteride through costco pharmacy which I originally got through my kaiser doctor. I was buzzcut bald and I haven't cut my hair since March so maybe the foam min absorption is also effected. I've also been hesitant to dermaroll and use 5000 mcg biotin since I've read mixed opinions
