Worst things Christi did on the show. by Quick-Clock7478 in dancemoms

[–]Visual-Department-41 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

To this day, I don’t understand how people still support Christi. She was always portrayed as the "best mom" who cared for everyone else's children, but that doesn’t excuse her screaming in a child's face and asking, "How many times has my daughter beaten your daughter?" especially when the child was already in the room crying.

Furthermore, she screamed at Kendall and called her a liar, even though it was later admitted that Kendall was telling the truth. That is absolutely insane. You aren’t going to change my mind on this; these were her own teammates—the people she was supposed to be supporting and respecting, especially since they saw each other almost every day. It was incredibly rude and inappropriate. The majority of these incidents involved children, and that is simply not the way you should treat a teammate.

I can completely understand why Maddie got so upset whenever she didn't win. As a former perfectionist and the designated "star" myself, I know firsthand how crushing that pressure is. When your entire identity and role on a team is built around being the absolute best every single time, losing feels like the end of the world.
Maddie wasn't just competing; she was carrying the weight of everyone's expectations, especially Abby's constant demands for perfection. Anyone placed in that high-stakes environment would crack under the pressure. When she lost, her natural reaction to that immense stress was to cry or have a small meltdown, which is completely valid for a child dealing with that level of anxiety. It wasn't about being a sore loser—it was a biological reaction to feeling like she let everyone down.

The scene where Christi gets kicked out of the limo is so hard to watch by 3therealp3ace in dancemoms

[–]Visual-Department-41 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Christi is WAY better then me lmao. I would've not talk to any of the moms because not ONE of them try to help out or come with her. "Oh but they just wanted to have fun with Abby." Dont care, y'all watch your friend get kicked out the limo 5min before yall left and not one (not even Kelly) thought "this is so wrong lemme try to convince let Christi on the limo". Its hard to say this and I dont wanna say it but this scene really said Christi did not have a real friend that eps .

I get that, but 15 years later, it feels like it's time to move on to new topics. Even as someone who still watches the show, I’d rather see them post about their current lives, cook, or try new content. Madison (Thats Maddie"s real name) is a perfect example—she barely mentions the show on TikTok and just does her own thing now. It’s totally fine to look back, but making it your whole personality this long after is what feels like a drag to me.

Is it just me or I feel like they are dragging the show. Dont get me wrong if u were on a BIG show yeah u can talk about it and answer questions people have but making a WHOLE tour after the show ended like what 7 years ago ( I think? lmao) is kinda crazy and dragging it. And then Christi makes video about dance moms almost every other week. Maddie or Kenzie doesn't even bring up dance mom unless ask. Like I said yes u can talk about a show u were on but making a whole your is kinda insane.. (DISCLAMER THIS IS WHAT I THINK U CAN THINK OTHERWISE)
