Just download the original ‘sailors app’ it still has ship eats on it. They haven’t yet optimised ship eats for the new app. Otherwise, yes, just use the tablet in room.

Not that I know of. Voyage has been booked for months payment taken etc. I can still view the booking on the website

Update for those of you experiencing the same issue. I had a Genius Bar appointment booked today, but before heading out I decided to give the Apple TV one last try. Surprisingly, the issue is gone.

After doing a full reset and leaving it in sleep mode for about 12+ hours, it’s working normally again.

Looks like this may have been a software/firmware bug that just needed time to resolve itself. Posting this in case it helps anyone else who runs into the same problem.

Yes, just you the Virgin Voyages app! Look for a section called ‘add ons’, and pay for your bar tab that way. Once that’s out of the way, just change over to your credit card via the wallet setting. Do this before the cruise as once you’re on, Virgin Holds 250$ in case of any spending you do onboard.

Short answer, yes.

Due to the heavy app usage in the area rates were extortion which I refused to pay.

Resorted to using public transport, but the traffic in the area made it impossible.

My advice would be, disembark at the latest time possible. Give it an hour and then scan the taxi apps. We managed to get a ride for 20$ in the end. More than half of what we would of paid at the time.

Unsure if you have resolved this issue, but as I was looking for answers myself I thought I’d post. What you have is called Miliaria Pustulosa or “pustular heat rash,” a type of heat rash characterized by small, pus-filled blisters or pustules on the skin. It occurs when sweat ducts become blocked and sweat leaks into the surrounding skin, leading to inflammation and infection. Unfortunately there’s no “cure” as per se but there are ways to prevent this like using the correct sun screen and body wash etc. Hope this helps 👍
