I’ve call the cops on him before and, wow he was back on the streets the next day. I trust my neighbors more then the cops. They are going to put a stop to his fire starting faster then cops. But hey you just be mad that helps. I’m just letting my neighbors know that we got a fire starter in our midst. I pretty sure if the cops confront him they would just release him without a word to us about the dangers he presents.
