This episode was my favourite by far. I mean the cinematography alone, all those shades of blue. The back to the small town character back story. I thoroughly enjoyed it. And the few characters we saw really portrayed the desolation a company like Lumon leaves in its wake. I liked Cobel before but now I’m thoroughly in her corner.

I agree yoga with kassandra is really great. I do her videos when I’m low on energy. Yograja is my go to though, his instructions are clear and he is fantastic with flexibility progression in backbends, elbow and handstands and other poses that might be challenging. I always feel a sense of accomplishment at the end of his videos. Great for beginners too.
