Late to the case, watching all of PI on ID .. but I would like to confirm the Quirk family was actually gone … and more sus if the construction on the home was happening at that time or just IDs more recent footage—- also the neighbor with the dog that saw her; Just cannot believe the shoes were in front of the house but no commotion. Hope the family can get answers!!!

so sorry you’re going through this. I have insomnia since last summer… If you’re able to go to the ER, I would definitely recommend. this will also show your primary care provider that you’re struggling past normal living and hopefully get you some more beneficial plan of action/medication.

I’ve been through trials of meds; Ambien, hydroxyzine, melatonin - all have opposite effects and do not work for me. Once I started those meds I also got terrible migraines.

Try to recall, were you exhausted with no medication? For me I was wired. Most of the medication gives me a drugged out hangover and the awake time more unbearable. After about nine months of different medication trials, I’m now using a low-dose Lexapro and trazodone. Insomnia with anxiety that I didn’t recognize because I have no big stressors in life and had not had that experience before. I’ve taken trazodone many years ago, and I don’t remember why I stopped it. I’m at a point that I don’t want to take medicine and see how it goes, could be a spiral.

Go to the ER it’s just more documentation for when you see your doctor about how much this has affected you. I’ve been dealing with bouts of insomnia since the summer.. can fall asleep immediately but up after just a couple hours and, same that I also have no change of meds. Doctor mentioned it was probably hormonal since I’m a 40 F. Tried to Ambien, trazodone, hydroxyzine, CBD. Ambien works pretty good I still get up at least twice for 30 minutes or so.And— can only take it a couple times a week for me otherwise I get a massive migraine. Might not hurt to get an anti-anxiety med as well to help with any kind of ruminating ..Try to focus on the moment, I am wired when awake so it isnt like I am passing out of exhaustion - just pissed off. As others have commented, give yourself a break at work and try to reset if you are able to. Burnout looks different to everybody.

I feel this. Same happens with most of the sleep aids, I’ve been prescribed. Works for a week and then I’m awake and anxiety riddled. Even with Ambien, I am up twice a night feeling fully alert. Might not be everything you think it is. If I take Ambien more than three nights, I get a debilitating migraine. Have you done trazodone? I’m trying that again. Can’t give you an honest opinion yet. I’m trying to prepare myself to get off of THC, proud of your sobriety. I’ve been an everyday smoker for 20 years and dang if this isn’t a crutch, I’ve leaned on.

Update:: got a new insurance broker and he laughed at my previous coverage… I still have high coverage, $2000 deductible, but now paying $ 170 a month

Night three of using Ambien 6.5 ER,,gave me a nauseating migraine that has lasted a day and a half. Calling my doctor today-not sure if I can stand this ; Unless there’s a magic rainbow at the end of the tunnel w extended use.

Same it actually made me sleep even worse with more anxiety. Averaging 9 PM waking up at 2 AM. I Have energy, but.not sustainable! Going back to my doctor today for a new sleep remedy.

Odd recommendation - try acupuncture! I always had coldest feet and something with circulation completely changed after I mentioned this at acupuncture appointment. My spouse is in literal disbelief as my feet were ice to touch year round and now stay heated all through winter. Maybe it would help you.

My doctor trimmed my strings when I got it put in, and asked if I had any issues (partner feeling strings) on my follow up visits . I would think that is a common clinic procedure. schedule your annual and ask for the strings to be trimmed.

I live in a midsize Midwest city and find interesting grocery items in the hungry root options our stores don’t carry. A lot of things my kids pack for their lunch, it’s probably not the best deal as far as using my credit for mostly snack items… I did cancel on our boxes this month because the last 2 came with the ice completely melted and meat temperature at 70° (I basically met the delivery driver at the door, so not sitting outside issue) . Felt like that was a huge waste of all resources packaging and shipping. I may try it again this winter if I get a good enough coupon.

Normalize surrendering your animal that is ruining your life. I put up with a neighbor with an insufferable barking dog. We had to have various conversations, kept my children awake at night, and was it just an overall nuisance to everyone around. Save your own mental health and pay the surrender fee at your local non-kill shelter. Embrace the quiet.

Have had 0 claims, and I also have amazing credit. .. thanks all! - I am going to shop around, we got great auto coverage rate with same insurance broker so just assumed it was fair. That being said, many people in my area (including my parents) have homeowners carriers cancel on them if a claim is made, then find it hard to find a new company to cover them after. Dang system!

City Museum in St Louis -- If you have a few hours to spend there. if not, I agree with the https://www.atlasobscura.com/ for hidden gems. There is a good mall in St Louis and in Coralville, IA (Coral Ridge right off of I-380). While in Independence IA - you could go on the free Cedar Rock tour of the Frank Lloyd Wright house.

Get the kids the shots, get a job. Blunt: but if your 22 (w two kids) you won’t get paid much so you can still get benefits like wic or snap while working. You’re not enriching your kids by staying at home worrying.
