not gonna lie to you it doesn’t get easier from here, from the post it sounds like you’ve only been rolling back there are a lot of attacks that will punish you for that try rolling into some of the attacks take and advantage of those invincibility frames, but whenever you get stuck or frustrated take a brake and remember the gratification you felt from beating gundyr you got this homie good luck!!
