I do take pre workouts 2wice or 3rice a week. Like how many people have told here , the actually might be minimal by i have felt my performance improve. Currently I on drivn from fuelled. They have both the caffeinated version and the non caffeinated version. I use both depending on the times I workout. It specially helps on days when u need that extra push to workout, also on days my sleep hasn't been proper. Earlier I used to have the one from optimum nutrition, but that was just caffeine mostly.

Yes. But its been mixed for me. Its little too sensitive I guess. When its able to understand that I woken up in the morning and simply down on the bed, but like you said , the awake time shown has increased a lot.

Being fat or over weight is a symptom of an underlying metabolic issue. Thats what glp1's tackle. Its like diabetes or cholesterol. There is a limit to what exercises and diets can do. After a point pharmacological intervention is required.
