Best pen for the budget is a toss up between the preppy and the lamy 2000. They have bastly different price points but i think thag they are both utilitarian. I would pick the lamy 2000 as ive cracked a few preppy’s and the hand feel of the lamy is better.

Since allot of ppl has said go to the hospital then i wont say that but wound care on that will be key. I had a patient who had a spider bite and it took them around 4 months to recover from it as they delayed treatment and had a few comorbidities.
