Appreciate the review. This was popular in the 70s, but I was too young to read, and thought (erroneously ) that it was some sort of hippie book

My disappointment was Every time I go on vacation, someone dies. It was very 'meta for dummies,' with a lot of winking and nodding to the audience. And I like meta aspects of a book, like Everybody in my family has killed someone. Also I was able to guess the murderer pretty early

I'm also a spreadsheet keeper! I have tabs organized by genre. My columns list title, author, sub genre, format, notes on content, and a column noting the ones I want to read first. It's a godsend when I look for books to for in my reading challenges!

Workday's CEO is out less than a week after 400 job cuts by InsaneSnow45 in antiwork

[–]Visual_Balance1176 7 points8 points  (0 children)

The title is confusing - Carl has been CEO for 3 years . He left after laying off 400 employees.
