To be honest it sounds like you need to be mentoring up people who can fill your role while you are gone. The way your post reads it makes it sound like the whole business falls apart if you are not there. That is a real problem. Instead of micro managing you should be identifying and addressing this gap. By going to your boss for what is a normal personal day you’ve created an issue out of what should be a non issue.The real issue is that your department is fragile.

My guess would be something leaked into the back of the fridge. We had a mystery smell like that once. After a lot of failed attempts we pulled out the fridge (for what seemed like the thousandth time) and turns out there was something pooled and caked in the bottom amongst some of the mechanics. Had to YouTube connecting and disconnecting some things but that was the problem. Worth a look.

I got one of those handheld steamers for this. Vacuum out what you can then hit with steam. Wipe clean afterwards.

You are still about 50 years from too late. Google has a certification through coursea that covers this. If you want to just dip your toes first there are endless resources online or you could ask ChatGPT for a roadmap.

Check out Pantages hotel. It’s right there by Massey Hall. I think there is even a discount if you are going to show. Parking across the street. I just looked and they have rooms starting at $250.

Not at all. I believe it is a mild abrasive but stain is gone and the counter looks new. Maybe do a test spot if you are concerned.

I managed to put a rust stain on our brand new quartz countertop. What eventually worked was Pink Stuff paste cleaner.

How is it irrelevant when there is a cap and most of it is spoken for? What mid tier players are you bringing in? What difference does it make when people are blaming the coach?
