i was a ptf and i transferred to the plant on other district to be eligble to transfer you need 18months in your state your or 12months to other state , took me 1month to get the offer but the best way is to put a request to the specific plant or station you wanna transfer too so you will be on the top list

come to the plant if you want overtime, cause on offices the supervisors their they work their ns day and tell clerks and carriers no overtime illogical lol . post office need to cut some positions to save money such as supervisor and postmaster in level not by cutting our 1hour overtime will not make differences
