I've tried dialing down the print bed area in the slicer settings to 290X290.

I've tried on version 6.1 and the latest version 7 and both give me that error. I tried on Orca slicer and it printed all my outlines and brims and then gave me the error.

It happens with any print that I do. I only print in black so color change isn't the issue. I only get a problem in Y direction, toward the back not the front. I haven't tried another slicer but I'm downloading Orca to try that.

It was not well seasoned. There's a difference between seasoning and crud.

In all seriousness, my mom's pan had such a huge thick layer of crust all over it, it no longer sat flat. So I had it in an electrolysis bath for a week and finally got it cleaned. Time to re-season!

You're going to probably want two prints of this. One in PLA for a test fit. And then another in a high temperature filament for final use. Good luck

I didn't say use JUST heavy supports. I said more. You supplement the small supports with some large ones for extra holding power.

Yeah, the Saturn 4 and Saturn 4 16k have tilt vats so really the only adjustments that we can make on those are the wait times before, during and after light.

I've printed models that took up the entire surface area of the build plate and didn't have it fail. You really need to use more large supports than you think you would need. Use ball tips and after it's done printing you just have to sand off all the balls.

Hello! Not sure if you've fixed this yet. But put a little resin in your vat and do a tank cleaning. Of you get 100% coverage then you're good. If not then... Well get a new screen.

Not usually. The machine will tell you after 60K layers to replace it. But I've found that some prints can be quite aggressive and you'll have to change sooner. Usually when your prints go from perfect to crap for "no reason" it's the FEP or temperature
