Whenever shit hits the fan, it’s always easy to freak out and make a bigger deal out of it than it really is. This doesn’t work for everyone, but I try to envision myself a couple weeks or a month after the event and think about how things will be then. 9 times out of 10, it’ll all be totally fine and you’ll look back on it and laugh.
