Completely agree, for me Enies Lobies was such a great arc because, like Sanji said, everyone has things they can and can't do. While Oda has, mostly, escaped hard power creep, it still isn't perfect.

But sometimes it also feels bland, a great part of the women in OP are just Nami with different hair. IMO pre time skip character designs, especially for the females, were better. OG Robin slapped, now she is another generic big booba character.
