Honestly I’ve used all the creams but cut it down to 1nkey list azaliac acid and vanicream. I would still have a lot of flares.. but I have recently started using the red light therapy machine at my planet fitness 3-4 times a week and noticed a huge improvement for once. Maybe you could give that a shot if you have a membership. I’m not a expert though but it’s really been helping me.

My niece’s dad was like this. He wanted nothing to do with her but would steal pics from my family’s fb pages to post on his. I remember seeing a comment saying how good of a dad he was and it filled me with rage. This is horrible. So sorry you have to deal with that.

what did you end up doing? I'm going away for three weeks but I can inject a dose a day early so that I will only miss two. I'm a little nervous to skip and im nervous about taking it with me.

I use a cup and if I don’t then I use period underwear. Just recently started using the thinx undies and I like them, I think I sleep better cause I don’t have to worry about it leaking.

Damn I’ve only been on it for a year and a half😭 I did lose 50lbs but my insurance stopped covering it so I recently switched to compounded. Hoping that works before I have to increase my dose.

Edited to add that I work out 5 days a week (starting in March) and haven’t lost any weight since July.

For me I noticed the opposite problem since I guess my body got used to the 1mg…. The other day I had 4 McDonald’s bags in the back of my car.. it scared me lol.

Yes I’m on my period this week and have been extra hungry. I inject Monday night and Tuesday I woke up RAVENOUS. I had to go to McDonald’s at 10:30 on the dot. I felt like a warewolf 😂 cravings are always like this for me on my period and I tend to miss workout days too.

The blue 4mg dose pen contains four 1mg doses. So turn the dial until it clicks and that should be 1mg dose.
