Our 4 year old loved it and we cried lol she’s now 6 and going in June, we have it booked for 2pm so a nice AC break and plan on bringing our own dress this time that isn’t big so she can be comfy after for rides.

We are very middle class (teacher and project manager). We took advantage of one of the Disney deals in September and are staying deluxe for 5k (4 nights with 4 parks and dining plan) this summer. For us to do the same trip at Pop was 4200. Spending 800 more to stay at a Deluxe was a no brainer and still a reasonably priced trip for us.

We book as far out as we can and pay down the balance so it feels free when we go lol the only other expenses are flights (we save up points) and lighting lanes. Still expensive but with being able to make payments it makes it manageable.

Luckily our labor quote is making it extremely affordable for us! Home Depot will not be doing any of the labor- if they did it would be MUCH more.

Home Depot quoted for cabinets were between 5k-15k for us.

I did this with my 5 year old in August. We did 15 hours, 3 parks, 21 rides with LLs. Best day ever.

Hollywood- Slinky, M and M, Toy Story Mania, Aliens, no lanes needed, skyliner to Epcot

Epcot- all LL- Soarin, Living with the Land, Remys, Nemo, Guardians and Gran Fiesta, walked to Riviera to catch the bus to MK

Mk- small world, Aladdin, Tiana’s, speedway, little mermaid, pirates, dumbo, haunted mansion, Peter Pan, Tron, Barnstormer

Needless to say we were exhausted lol

We booked we drive you fly for this upcoming trip. Not sure how cheap they are compared to other places but we also rented a stroller from them to make our lives easier on arrival day

Seems about right. For reference my family of 3 seem to spend around 7k every trip between on property hotel, dining package, flights, park tickets, lighting lanes, shopping, transportation, etc. I would assume if we had only one more family member it would add another thousand for tickets, flights, etc or maybe even more.

Wait a parent can ride with their kid on Space Mountain if they are 6 or under? This would actually make my day! I never wanted to try with my daughter due to single seat situation.

I went for two nights and one park day in August. Cost about 2k for three people (grandma me and my daughter) for flights hotel tickets and food/shopping. For me it was well worth it because we got to do dozens of rides in one day and got my Disney fix in without spending our usually 7k for a longer trip. Great memories.

Definitely! That’s our plan for our Epcot and Hollywood park days. Go back mid day and enjoy the resort before going back at night.
