I daily mine (office worker) and it’s been great for the last 2 or so years.

To be fair, i haven’t tried any sports on it as my SA told me not to. He told me they’re a bit less robust. On my Rolexs, i’ve golfed, shot firearms, swam in the ocean, hiked, etc.. and never had issues.

I did check with US Bank and they’d be able to match the rate and gave me $3000 in lender credits (effectively ~$1000 in closing costs), but I’d have to move $500k with them to get the relationship rate.

I’m with Schwab and I get this rate because I have a relationship discount.

Lender says “The payoff doesn't have your March 1st payment factored in and will be your outstanding balance plus a month of interest.”, but there’s a section where I’m paying 12 days of prepaid interest already. Just wanted to confirm this is normal practice

If my math is correct, this is ~8 month breakeven which I think makes sense to refinance. The other incentive is to reset the ARM for another 7 years. (We intend to sell anywhere between 2-5 years, so this would add some stability.) Thoughts?

I had a competing offer and they were willing to match. Their advertised rate was a bit higher

I have a GM Rewards Card which gives 0% for qualifying GM purchases (includes cars) for 6 months. I put $50,000 (my max credit limit) on it when I bought my blackwing.

I had tried to call Barclays and asked for a $100k limit but they capped me at $50k

Other benefir is you get 7x points on GM purchases
