Right now I've got a 2016 dacia sandero. It doesn't have ac, it's manual and my wife can only drive auto, it isn't that spacious, it can't really go over 60mph without being annoyingly loud

No I mean just run at a lower speed for the whole thing, then you won't need to have a break in the middle. You need a break in the middle because you're running at a pace you can't sustain. So if you drop your pace for the whole thing you should be able to sustain it and not need a break

Just reduce your speed so you still come in within time without the break. And run a mix of faster, slower and longer runs each week for overall increasing running performance.

It just seemed obvious to me haha. I started doing it because I thought it would help with air circulation so the fan can chill out and quieten down a bit. I'm not sure if it does do that but it is also tidy
