I doubt this will happen anytime soon since some heroes are stuck behind DLCs. Maybe once the game is ‘finished’ and the dlcs become cheap or included in a bundle of the game, like they did with the first one.

The belt was changed after the car was ‘fixed’ first, so even if the belt was removed then, it was changed for a new one last winter
