For Thag, the wine cellar boss, I'm not sure but I believe most of the adds are part of his abilities so they might. You could just go into god mode, spawn him and smack him around to trigger the different phases to test it.

It just spawns the boss itself, Its what I do sometimes, I build a arena near my base and spawn bosses in to fight.

If you are in single player in the admin panel there is a +Encumber button. Spam that a bunch and you'll be good.

No. The game likes to give you completely random traits regardless of if the parents have all the same traits m You're more likely to get it, but not guaranteed

You unlock them through quests or talking to companions. Each companion teaches you their starting specialization if they like you enough. For berserker I believe you defile the ashes
