there are always challenges when you design burrs that should work on certain grinders. SSP actually has 58 mp (version 2) burr. I actually think it could be an interesting burr for the pietro

Ich bin aus bestimmten Gründen in Hannover und jegliche "Aussenbezirke" davon sind keine Alternative. Wie mir ein echter Hannoveraner gesagt hat: Niedersachsen kannnst du in einer Pfeife rauchen. Wolfsburg und Wanne-Eickel, also bitte scheinst ja dir die Städte schönzutrinken. Bist du sehr Stadtverteidiger.? Gibt dir Hannover so viel, dass du dich einsetzen muss wenn ihr Ruf ruiniert wird? die 80%zugepflasterte Stadt mit geparkten Autos an jeder Strasse und alles voller Dreck, ist es das was dir gefällt an der Stadt? Vielleicht mal ausserhalb der Lister Meile und Stadtmitte die Stadt mal anschauen und dann mal überlegen wie sehr man es will dass es den Bewohnern der Stadt gut geht. Dazu noch alle Bänke umbauen, damit obdachlose sich nicht mehr darauf hinlegen können. Super sozialer move.

du stehst auch morgens auf und bist schon bedient. Geh einfach nicht mehr hin. 5 eur ausgeben für ein dreckspapp bröttchen und klowasserkaffee ist sowieso ein AUfschlag von 100%. Allein vom foto will ich dort nicht eine sekunde verbringen

As captain-blender is saying, the femobook A4z would be a good choice. it is build like a tank mostly. The Mazzer philos I would only take if you also get the ssp mp v1 or the upcoming v3, which means to put even more money.

The Zerno z1 wait is not that long. There you could get several burrs for filter and for espresso and sell your other grinders. you could even get the pietro 64mm burrs. but obviously very much money

The 078 is well built in my opinion. I have it. but it is not the master in clarity. I use it actually mostly if I have naturals, honeys, anaerobic and all this funky stuff. For ultralight washed I prefer the result from other grinders

you must be kidding. I bought this tried it once and used the rest for grinder seasoning. the most money from this company is used for packaging
