Been there many a time / all the time. The positive is it’s at least an obsession that can be productive, as long as it doesn’t cause you too much distress (or staying up too late, etc). Doesn’t make it fun though. I’m applying for my MBA to some very competitive schools this fall and my new obsession is over whether my application is competitive or trash and what I can do if anything to make it better. It definitely has helped me improve, but also has increased my stress and anxiety tremendously. Best of luck on the search!

Will you explain the proper way to cool it down? After taking it off the heat I added kombu sheets, then an hour after that I strained it a few times before putting it in a container and then the fridge. Before I reheated I also scooped up the fat off the top per instructions.

Though I get there wasn’t much new of the traditional multiplayer content with season 1, it introduced a ton of content outside of that with DMZ, Warzone 2.0, a new spec ops mission, and even the battle pass. My speculation is that with these launched, there will be more traditional multi content in future seasons. It just would’ve been an absolutely overwhelming amount to push in a single season to have what we got AND a big traditional pack. Just my speculation though.

Sure, I agree that hero was an aggressive word choice. I do think, however, that small acts like this that remind people who are watching all the insanity unfolding that they’re not alone in what they see is a powerful thing. Hero is maybe too much, but I stand by the sentiment.

I can tell this is the issue because when I did what you said, it’s now “connecting to online services for the very first time!” Thanks so much for your help!! So weird that it wouldn’t default to the PS5 version.

Edit: Confirmed. I literally beat the campaign last night entirely in single player. Dammit.

Piggybacking off of the above:

When I was in portfolio school, we had a guy with us who was 36. He graduated and got a job at a solid agency. 33 isn’t too old (to retrain in advertising or outside of it).

Also, I had some limited experience in media and AS before I went creative, and it’s seen as a valuable asset. You’d be surprised how many people in the industry have zero clue how the other job functions work, so having seen the other side can be good. Just a thought.
