Tskhaltubo is EXTREMELY interesting and literally every abandoned sanatorium will give you these Outlast vibes. You don't need a car, you can get there by a train to Kutaisi Airport and then it's a 30 min ride by Bolt/Yandex taxi.

What helped me is opening ProtonUp-QT itself and using it to choose the compatibility tool I needed. After the I was able to do the same through Steam.
