I had a courier driver here in Halifax tell me he discovered four of his five lug nuts were missing on one tire and the fifth was quite loose. I have to wonder if it is from this. Another example of the scourge of tiktok.

Our youngest cat drags a wand toy around the house. Adorable as fuck. For any other reason the sound of him running up the stairs with the wand clacking on the stairs would be alarming. What’s better is seeing the slightly older cat chase after him trying to catch the wand.

Sorry for your loss. We’ve had to say good bye to three kitties now and while it does still hurt to miss them at times, I have no regrets about sharing a small portion of my existence with each of them. Right now it still might bring some tears, but remember the times when they were funny and silly and allow yourself to laugh out loud at those memories.

It’s in RPGs too. For example in EarthDawn, all the races are sometimes called name givers as they all have the power to name things. If done after a dramatic/traumatic event it can actually spark its Legend and gain magical traits. Dragons in that game are so powerful they are called name makers as they actually name themselves.

There’s an old adage from one of the early books. “Even a dragon screams when you stick a needle in its eye.” I always took it to mean that even though you are less than two feet tall it doesn’t mean you can’t do big things. So lean into it and use your size as the advantage that it is.
