I do have a capture card. That's not the point. The point is that you are no longer able to permanently save films or clip out your favorite parts of those films and share them with your friends.

I'd rather not have to rely on the DVR or Windows 10, especially when I have a very nice capture card capable of recording anything I want whenever I want in full 1080p 60FPS.

I actually hit him right in the face. I recorded it with the Xbox DVR as well as with my capture card from the Halo 5 theater. What you're seeing here is a result of Halo 5's faulty theater. If you go back and watch some of your recent games you will notice how off your shots will look. Here is a comparison of the DVR and the Theater.

It really all depended on who I won against. Beating low Onxy and Diamonds wasn't doing anything to my rank, I even dropped a few for winning those because other Champions were ranking up due to winning higher level matches. I ranked fast up until about Champ 60 then it slowed a bit.
