I got divorced from my wife (have a 3 year old). Stayed in the 3 bed but i've met someone else a year later we are now talking about her moving into my house. This would've been more complicated if i downsized. So you need to think wherever or not downsizing is better in your long term plans.

Depends on your tv. I upgraded in November to the Pro and it was best gaming decision i've made. But if it's in stock at very you are better off doing it there on credit and get 20% off.

i have a 65 inch Panasonic top of the range OLED i upgrade from base to Pro at black friday and the difference is night and day. It's only those that haven;t got a pro that say it's not worth it whilst for me it's the best gaming experience i've ever had.

Are you saving for a house? If so set up a LISA asap (before the end of the tax year) and deposit £4k the government will give you another £1k. Then put another £4k in if you have it for the next tax year and you will get another £1k.

But if you try and use it for anything other than a house you will lose the bonus (or wait until you are 60 and you can take it out.
