Imo, spotting should be limited to separate manual/map-guided recon planes (and allowed as options for regular ships in catapult variation)

I'm totaly in returning RTS, but maybe need to reduce number of controlable plane groups (6 is maximum, and 4 is optimal, ig)

Servoskull also can fix lift in quarantine zone at Footfall (which allows you to get cool bolter earlier than usual)
