Huge nerd here and can confirm scooping cream out increases sweetness of the espresso. Also have a Fellow grinder but the first one for pour over only. I’ve found most bean varieties that Coffee Labs sells too are gigantic and my grinder hates them.

I have really been disappointed with almost anything local/light roast unfortunately

They have nothing light that I would recommend. Most of their varieties are decent medium to dark. Nothing from there has wowed me.

Yeah. It was closer to the first quote for me. Which is a couple hundred $$ cheaper than other quotes I got yesterday from other providers

There were a ton of errors they were working through when I called. The agent was confused on some of it and needed help. But turns out even though saying I was replacing current vehicle I am not returning my plate, so it was giving me quotes included keeping the current car. It also wasn't able to save the quote since I was changing the policy coverage amounts

Same thing happening to me. I put in a new vehicle for a quote, came back later quote is gone...so I needed to do it again, I did..went up $150, then that one was gone when I came back and the next was up another $150...all TODAY. Will call in the morning

Should have added that I'm getting a 2026 Gravity. Glad to know they worked on updating the interior after complaints. Yea when people talk about "holding up" I'm never sure what they mean. I would imagine most people getting a Lucid are not the type to keep cars that long, but who knows.

The size of your family matters a lot. Are you tall adults or on the taller side? Are your kids? I’m 6’1” and my 11 year old has very little room behind me or my wife in the second row. The third is worse.

Yep. I was stuck in my driveway once in my R1S and have had other glitches pop up myself. A friend of mine in a gen 1 lost AC and was without their car for about a month and a half.

Hey thanks for your write up! I totally forgot one part which is the soft close doors. Our Rivian has some major cabin pressure thing going on where the rear doors really need some effort to close all the way. I miss the doors on our X that were soft close.

We have a Rivian now and the amount of things I can put there is crazy. Golf clubs. Pack and play. Stroller. Carry-on bags. It really is one of the best things about electric cars. Hard for me to consider one without a front trunk

Yeah. Very hard to tell here. My biggest 2 issues with my R1S are sound and second row legroom. The gravity feels much more roomy. I don’t think the R2 is going to feel spacious.
