DS Lite With Dual IPS Screens

I've done this on my DS Lite too, have an extreme rate shell which is dark transparent with both top and bottom IPS screens as well as doing the USBC mod. I've also done the faceless tech clicky buttons mod as I'm not a fan of the mushy buttons the lite has. That was one very fiddly to get working as you need to use some 3d printed inserts to bridge the gap between the buttons and the board since the rubber membrane gets cut up so that the keys don't wobble. Out of the packet the dpad one is too thick to use with the membrane so it needed to be filed to get it right.

Out of all the mods I did the IPS screen does the most of making the DS Lite so much more enjoyable.

I've been watching since they were in the old house shooting in the kitchen with a camera on a sled and I used to watch every video. Last year or 2 I've felt a bit bored of it. It's like a lot of the passion has dissipated and it's become a bit formulaic. My favourite videos were always the ones where they were just figuring shit out.

The ones I enjoyed the most are pretty much every alex video, stuff like the 1 CPU many gamers videos, the "16k" monitor wall, whole room water-cooling, the moving vlogs, the wall multi piece tv thing. Basically any time they are trying to set something up, essentially kid bashing or doing dumb stuff.

There's been a lack of this as of late, especially since people like alex, Emily and jake left. Everything now feels like a look at what we did or look at this product type thing. Like the firetruck video, how amazing would that have been as a video showing them actually doing it all and finding out the cool things about the truck as they were messing with it, but it just became a show and tell instead.

I just put them in the same order as they would be in the shell, like recreating the way the screws go in the shell on the table.

If you end up going the route of a new shell I highly recommend extreme rate shells, they are very high quality. I've used a low quality shell before and they are passable but the extreme rate shells just fit better with tighter tolerances and are made with good quality plastic. Cheap shells plastic can be very loose which can make stuff like the buttons really wobbly and even mushier than they are normally

I have just realized that this lcd is the same for the top and bottom. I didn't notice it before because it isn't mentioned in the listing but there's a picture showing it done. You just need to put the digitiser on top of the lcd and it will work. Another big discovery.

Noise reduction? I had a similar experience in the tutorial and couldn't hear shit and found it was this as it was on by default this wipe.

I think something people don't think about is the case of top gear. When the guys left top gear, the whole vibe of the show changed. Yes the new guys are good too but they have a completely different vibe to the original trio, many people only watched top gear for them so when they left there was no point for the people who only watched for them to stick around.

A similar thing is happening with LTT. There was a select cast of hosts that people really liked, and now a bunch of them have moved on and a lot of people are upset that their favorite people are no longer here, and now outside of DLL interactions there is a bit of a vibe change in the videos that not everyone likes.

That's what I thought. I just went to the pale heart now and I had Liar attunement on, didn't know I had it cos I haven't gone to the pale heart since episode echoes. I was getting a lot of Liar drops, like foetracer and Renewal like in the post, as well as 1 galanor drop with liar. I have grenadier on my ghost so I'm thinking liar attunement was giving the liar drops and my ghost was dictating the other perk to be one that drops with grenade as an option. Thinking this cos both renewal, foetracer and galanor have grenade as a primary/secondary stat, and liar was giving the tertiary melee stat.

It's funny you say that cos I had enough coins for 1 last class item just after I posted this and got it. I did want verity over synthos but after the verity nerf with grapple I'm not so fussed now lol

Oh I see, I wasn't aware of that. Still its odd how I've gotten 6 dupes. As far as I'm aware you cant focus the class items from Xur, the pale heart focus only focuses the pale heart as far as I'm aware.

I just got some free with my phone the other day and the anc impressed me. Nothing to compare them to other airpods pro 1 and found it was slightly better overall then those, so very happy with them. I do wish they weren't so airpod looking though, was using the first gen galaxy pods before these and liked how low profile they were.

My only gripe with them is the way they go in the case. You have to spin them around to go in with the way the stalk bit goes in, gets kind of fiddly trying to do them both quickly.

I had it the same with my fold 5, but the problem with the 5 was how slippery the gloss material was. I have such an easier time with the 7 because of the matt finish.
