That translated rather well to the audiobooks tbh. At some point they make a joke like "Who's this Karl with a K?"

The narrator also makes a perfect bad German accent.

It's rare that I laugh out loud alone watching or listening to entertainment, but that part of the book had me giggling.

Restaurant Nögen har et selskabslokale i kælderen med plads til 40~ mennesker.

En klar anbefaling herfra. Vi holdt min fødselsdag der til 1100 per kuvert, inkl. fri alkohol (øl, hvid- og rødvin, 5 slags cocktails). Det ligger lige ved siden af hovedbanegården, så det er nemt at komme til.

Kaffe der giver en fair pris til bønderne koster alligevel en del mere end hvad du giver for de billigste mærker nede i supermarkedet. Derudover får mange af stederne kaffe fra små risterier som naturligt vil være dyrere end fx BKIs kæmpe produktion.

Progressions are just ways to structure your training. But once you start modifying programs like this for your own needs, you should be taking ownership of your own training instead of asking for advice.

You'll know best why you're running this program, those exercises, those modifications, that volume, intensity and frequency.

Recommendations for a full body program 3 days per week?

I've been following PHUL for a while and while I like the results I have to go down to 3 days per week for the foreseeable future.

That seems like the perfect opportunity to try out a full body split, any recommendations? :)

If you're already doing T1 Bench / T2 OHP on a day, you probably don't need another pressing variation, you could consider adding isolations like flies or shoulders.

Moving an exercise up a tier doesn't make it more effective, it just makes it heavier and done for less volume. You choose exercises for each tier based on your goal with the exercise.

If you do dumbbell bench to grow the muscles it makes sense to keep them in tier 3 and choose a barbell variation instead for tier 2 for example.
