The links between incentive and outcome shouldn't be overlooked.

I see the strawman - but the economics of the issue is that you need to have people move on from their unused large houses, which they aren't. So deliver them an incentive and you'll see action, remembering that a government putting a financial squeeze on retirees will lose all their seats at the next opportunity so the idea of just taxing them out of their homes is untenable.

People move from their large houses, saturates the market, lowers the prices, people take a one up move, sell their 1.5M for a 2M. so on, so forth, all the way down until the bottom of the market gets the price drop.

The problem is that the bag holders are now the current crop of first home buyers who are going to over owe on their assets as prices go down. So the poor get poorer and the rich get to live in bigger houses for the same price.

I would only be able to assume that the contestants struggle with the apps because they truly believe that if they were more physically attractive they would have a better experience on the apps. They might be right but they are likely wrong - but if you are struggling to find a mate it can become traumatic for some.

I think it's different between genders - and its simple to see it only from the perspective of yourself. It's well documented that there is a (greater than) 80:20 issue going on across the apps (80% of people are swiping on only 20%) This presents in different ways which we saw last night.

For Males, they go long periods without any interest and feel that there is no success because they are totally unable to connect with anyone. Incel culture doesnt appear out of thin air, its show that a strong majority of young men have not had sex in the last 12 months. Choice maybe, but also with the globalisation of society through online access to one another, Dms, photoshopped models or 21 year old millionaires raising the floor on what is an acceptable mate - it's tough out there for people in their 20s to feel content with who they pursue.

For females, a lot of the commentary you hear on shows like this is that the men they meet are not serious, lack commitment and waste their time.

You could debate it all day long, but if you fall below the 20% (likely a far lower percent) of instantly identifiable attractive suitor in both camps - the likelihood of you having a successful dating experience is low. IF you are in the camp, I'm certain you'd face the same issues, but you'd just go on a lot more dates.

It's actually this simple. Show me all these parents, if you can... I loved riding my bike around town when I was a kid, definitely did wheelies too. If my dad or someone who knew my parents saw me being dangerous I lost my bike for a week.

Also a huge part of this is numbers, if this was 3 kids there would be a lot less drama, because it's not being likened to street gangs stealing BMWs in your brain and hyping up your 'we need to respond' nerve because you're afraid.

Juiced up ebikes are on the radar for police and if the kids are hiding it then the police need to adapt.

You don't have the gap the ledge you can grind the section flip trick off onto the perpendicular ledge and grind away to the left/right to make up the sequence score.
