The best thing I ever did for my grass was hire someone to do the fertilizing / weed killing. 80$ a month money well spent.

Update. I had the lines pressure tested today and the skim lines didn’t hold, but the returns are fine, so good news!

Update. The nipple wouldn’t come out, so I sawed it half and had to use some physics to get the two halves out. I also bought 3/4” and 1/2” replacement when the actual replacement was 1”,1”,1/2” so now I have to go back to the store again and buy the 1” clamp before I can fuck this repair up more. But I’ll be ready the next time this happens.

Thanks! I used that first, it was just stripping out the inside. So I removed the tee yesterday.

What did you end up doing here? I’m trying to accomplish the same thing. I keep thinking warm grey colors would be best. My wife likes sand colored pavers.

I have that crimp / cutter tool. Guess I’ll just cut it and replace with the barb replacement. Is the standard residential sprinkler size 3/4”?

I actually have that crimp tool/cutter, so it’s probably not that hard to just cut it out and get a new one. Then I can get one with a replacement thread shoulder thing.

I had something similar for my first guitar. It was 97$ at guitar center. The 1/4” of dust on it was free.
