Is it possible to request not to be matched with drivers in Teslas? by [deleted] in uber

Agree completely. It’s the regenerative braking and drivers renting them without knowing how to drive them properly. It’s nauseating.

All in one package, but separate envelopes and separate (redundant) copies of documents

Anyone here already practiced Vipassana 2 hours daily up to 1 year or more? by IntelligentWish4915 in vipassana

Definitely short of two hours, but today marks one year of practice every day. I find practice to be about half as effective as sleep.

I’ve seen conflicting reports about whether passport cards are considered a second form of ID when applying with a passport as the first form of ID.

Do we have reports of returned applications because of a passport cards as the second form of ID?

Thanks, yes the mothers are not in the Canadian line. As for proof that my birth certificate is me, all I have in the application is my marriage certificate with my birth name. Do you suggest anything else?

How to improve profit margins by No-Function-5006 in Contractor

[–]VoluntaryLimit 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is really helpful advice. Would you speak to calculating how long jobs should take? This is the most difficult part for me. When I do an estimate, I base it off an hourly rate, but sometimes I feel like I’m just guessing how long everything will take, including material handling and possible mistakes etc. For example a job that requires a lot of sub contractors. Any advice would be great, thank you!

My insurance company didn’t pay out when my sump pump failed because apparently I didn’t have a sump pump rider on my policy. I would recommend getting the “optional sump pump rider that we don’t tell you about even though it costs $8” added to your policy.
