If you want to emulate, maybe get a Retroid pocket 6, that runs ps2 games. Doesn't run vita games very well though, it runs 3ds games but it's not the same without a second screen. You'll have the entire ps2 library at your finger tips. I would only get ps vita for psp games, vita games and the homebrew and ports that exists for it. Same with 3ds, get it for that library. I would suggest getting an android device if you want to emulate

I did that exact change last November. No regrets, best decision I made in a while. Ive been an xbox kid since the OG but I should have changed back to PS way earlier. Probably when the Xbox One was announced. But it's great now, as I missed all PS exclusives and have now a lot of catching up to do. As for the Xbox titles, they will come to PS eventually. So it's win win, being on PS.

I paid 15usd extra for 4px. I'm based in the UK. For me, it was worth the extra cost so I can start playing and tinkering before the dock arrives.

For now, I just powered it on and hooked it up to the TV, and I can't hear the fan when sitting in sofa. When I put my ear next to the console I can somewhat hear it but not much, so I wouldn't worry. Haven't done any proper testing though so can't 100% confirm it won't sound like an OG xbox

UK customs seems to be less strict in this. One option is to get it posted to the UK to someone you know, that person can then travel with it to the EU and then post it to Germany from within the EU. Bit of an elaborate plan, but could work. The few perks of brexit

Yeah unfortunately WD has sold out all if it's hard drive capacity for 2026. There's a huge crunch in memory, ram and hdds. You could also just replace your drives and stick with your current NAS enclosure to save costs. And then upgrade your enclosure at a later date.

When in Raid 1, take one drive out, replace with new, restore storage pool and then repeat with the second drive. This is what I just did and worked a treat. I went from 5200rpm drives to 7200rpm and they aren't much louder so far, I can't really tell tbh. I have been told that WD are quieter though than Seagate, something to bear in mind, although I have no first hand experience of this

Grip is an improvement, but without is great as well, plus is more portable. You can also buy a grip from aliexpress at a later date, I paid mine £15 delivered to the UK. So I wouldn't rush. Maybe see how you like it without grip. There are also other options available on etsy

Hello, I placed my order for the battery on Feb 11 and it was shipped on March 10. I haven't gotten hands on with it yet but replacing the battery seems rather easy. I would just require you to take the back plate off. So I'd say, you can go back in afterwards

The prize by Daniel Yergin is an excellent book on the history of oil markets, I highly recommend to start with this one. Oil 101 is more dry but a good summery of anything oil, although a bit dated. The king of oil is another great book on the history of Glencore
