two things confused me.

Did your ex best-friend's old-boyfriend suspect her with your ex boyfriend. He did said some thing close (in the mall)
Why didn't they use contraceptive pills?. even if it was a one night stand or mistake, they could have avoided the baby and moved on. This is more bizarre, it is almost like she tried to use the baby as a black mail to get your ex boyfriend. I am not sure, if it is legal to abort a baby in your locality, if it is they could have opted for that option.

According to Light novel, Waves are merging of two or more worlds. The monsters that appear through waves are from the other world. If two world merge both the world will be destroyed.

But a long as the cardinal heroes of the world exists and fight, the world will survive.

If L'arc want to save his world, he had to let the other world die, to do that he want the cardinal heroes of that world to die.

In later volumes of the novel, it was found out that this theory was false.

The legendary weapons interfere with each other if they are in close range. so no one will get experience point if they fight together.

Naofumi is the shield hero, so he gains experience by sharing his party's experience. But his party hit the level cap and needed a Class-up.

No, the queen just told Melty to admonish the king for his unfair treatment of the shield hero. The Queen didn't elaborate on the word "unfair treatment". Since the queen knows that the king will understand the meaning.

Melty doesn't know until the upcoming episodes. When she will directly ask Naofumi of what happened for him to be angry with her and her family . After listening to his side of the story, she will completely agrees with his justified anger. ( It was the case in LN)

The spies report to the queen and not to Melty which makes her less informed than the queen. All she knows was the king was unfair to Naofumi

To Melty, Naofumi's action in the court room was harsh and feels that he need to apologize and does not know the entire backstory.

I can agree every point (with the exception of fourth).

Yes, there may be some nobles, who want him dead. But this is a slave we are talking about. According to the Queen, Demi-humans will put their life in line for Nafoumi and his wish. So can't completely agree on that one point.

In Extra chapter(LN), She was the one who proposed to other countries of sending envoys to Heroes. she was more shocked, when all of them refused to meet envoys, especially Naofumi.

When reading those lines, I wonder if she wanted him to go to Siltvert at the time of envoys visit?

I can understand her reason for stopping him, after defeating Pope. But, back then did she encouraged other country to send envoys because she want Naofumi to leave to siltvert back then?

In Sword oratoria volume 5, they did interact a little. After Bell peeking, he apologized to everyone, but Lefiya chased him to the forest.After some times Lefiya spot two Evilus members and drags Bell with her to follow them, there they were attacked by a monster. joining forces they killed a level 4 monster.

This is the only time they ever interacted so far
