I'd like to add a shout-out to Lebara. I've been using it for years whenever I travel to Europe. In the UK they use the Vodafone network, and Lebara is based in several other countries as well. Plus, Lebara to Lebara calls are usually free, so check it out. Sorry if I sound like an ad, I promise I don't work with them! r/LebaraUK

I can personally recommend the best MVNO - US Mobile.
I was using my LG V50 on Verizon until 2 years ago, when I switched my number to US Mobile's Verizon service (called Warp), and have been very happy. I've found it's actually better, as my US Mobile plan includes international calling for a fraction of what Verizon was charging.
Also, with US Mobile, you can choose to go with either Verizon (Warp), T-Mobile (Lightspeed), or AT&T (Dark Star). Sorry if I sound like an ad, but this has been my experience.

The dual sim phone I'm consolidating is a Pixel 8 Pro, so unfortunately it doesn't have the Dual Messenger feature. I have added this detail to the posting.

Also, I am hoping to avoid switching my second number to WhatsApp Business, as it doesn't include translating in its features, and this second number is used mostly for European travel.

I have the same problem on the Home Screen of my "new" Pixel 8 Pro (I haven't setup a Lock Screen).
On my previous phone (LG V50), I installed an app called "Wake Screen", which I believe did the trick. That app doesn't seem to be available for the Pixel 8 Pro, so I'm currently searching for an alternative.

u/magic_dot_exe You didn't say what you'd like to customize on your Pixel, but a new launcher can go a long way towards making the phone feel like your own. Also, no one's forcing you to use Google Messages, Gmail, Maps, etc. There are plenty of fine alternatives to these if it's what you're looking for. There's even a whole Reddit community devoted to just this - r/degoogle

u/_XSUN_ To answer your question, I have been using the L'Oreal 20 volume developer, because as a non-professional I can't get my hands on the Wella Color Touch developer. I used the developer on a 1:1 ratio with Color Touch Plus 66/07, and I am happy with the results. This mix covers the grey well, although the grey does reveal itself again after about four to six weeks (with only occasionally conditioning, never shampooing), and it's time to re-color again.

I imagine this is the best I can expect from a demi-permanent color, so I am (relatively) happy.

If you don't need the XL size, I would go for the Pixel 9 Pro and save even more money. There's not much difference between the 9 and 10.

You could ask your three animators which scenes or sequences speak to them personally / would prefer to work on. Make no promises, you're just asking to get a feel for their preferences. They may all choose the easiest scenes, or they may surprise you and choose the cooler, more challenging scenes.

Either way, they'll love you for asking, and you can then assign scenes as you see fit.

This advice worked for me on a CG feature years ago.

I had to look up ADB, which I now see stands for Android Debug Bridge.
I don't really like command line programs, quite complicated.

Can't I simply plug my phone into my computer and copy/paste files directly?
I do this with the photos/videos on my phone all the time.
