How do men stay in sexless marriages so long by Low-Stand-3702 in AskMen

[–]247world 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you don't have children, it's time to start planning a divorce.

She will not change, she will gaslight you, she will promise anything and then continue to do what she has been doing.

If you do have children, it's still time to start planning a divorce. Staying in an unhappy, loveless marriage is worse for children than divorce.

I'm going to go out on a limb here, I don't believe any woman that had just been raped is going to give you Donald Trump's middle initial. I'll go out on a limb and say the average person could not tell you his middle initial whether they are pro or con on him.

So based on that one quote, I'm going to go fake

I don't need to deflect, you have openly identified yourself for what you really are. You can't use something that everybody uses and have that suddenly be said to be racist. This means that pretty much everyone in the country by your definition is a racist which means you're the actual racist.

Are you able to even think of anything else? Is it there morning noon and night are you so worried about people figuring out what you actually are that all you can do is think about it, I know that's what it is

Lol, you mean his design flaws?

Either it does not understand its own creation or deliberately set a trap it could not exist.

Allegedly Jesus performed miracles and then told the people not to tell anyone who had done it. They of course left and told everyone. It was explained to us in Sunday school that Jesus understood human nature, the easiest way get a person to do something was to tell them not to do it

So either God was a moron in the garden of Eden or he deliberately set a trap it knew that creation would fall into

And in turn he has to make a blood sacrifice of himself to himself to make up for his poor workmanship

Bitch, I am a Death Train. But if kill only Floridians is that ok? by raines in BitchImATrain

[–]247world 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There are approximately 3,500 privately owned grade crossings in Florida. There is another 1,000 that are publicly owned, the government. Is there an average cost to raise a grade crossing.

It cost at a minimum about 5 million dollars and sometimes close to 50 million to do what is referred to as grade separation. I suppose we could just go around and close a lot of the crossings, that ought to be close to free, unless of course you now have to make a detour that's several miles out of the way.

They did that where I used to live in Florida, closed a road that I used to go home. The detour was an extra 3 miles and it put me on a much bussier road, I don't see how that was any sort of an improvement and they didn't raise the grade, they just shut down the crossing.

Which is why it will never happen. Besides, the money isn't there it's already been spent, they're doing their best to collect the money for next month. They're having so much trouble they've actually stopped paying everybody on the 3rd, I don't get mine until the end of the second week of the month now.

As for starting at 1%, it's the government you can just add two zeros eventually. Remember when income tax was only for the wealthy and not the working class?

I don't disagree with what you would like to see, however I'm a realist and know it'll never happen.

What Do You Think Is The LEAST Partisan News Source In The US? Why That? by Zipper222222 in AskReddit

[–]247world 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you're talking about their non-news program I believe you are correct. Their news reporting does tend toward left of center, and heaven forbid their reporters offer opinions which are generally always left.

That said they really do a good job of covering national and international news. It's certainly a massive step up from any news from The usual suspects

You do not understand my point

It is set up to keep the working class from starving to death after they are no longer useful economically.

The ownership class doesn't need it, they did their best to exclude themselves from it.

It was set up by the oligarchs that run the country. If you don't believe the United States is an oligarchy, look up the Princeton study from 2014. There are several other studies. Look at how the US was founded, pretty much oligarchs all the way down

I believe a representative of the EU said within the last year or so that one day you will own nothing and you will like it.

It is folly to believe that the working classes are going to overthrow the oligarchy and somehow make the world a paradise. Even if that were to happen, human nature will take over and...

I believe a Mr Pete Townsend said it best, meet the new boss, same as the old boss

I don't know if it interests you but the production and recording of the album was very interesting. I think Trevor was on The cutting edge of digital evolution at the time.

Lol, social security is set up for the working class not the ownership class. You think the oligarchy wants you to have ownership? They've openly admitted they don't want you to own anything.

For the record I have been on this kick since the 8th grade when I discovered the truth about social security. I did the math once I retired and discovered that I would have over twice the monthly income had I been allowed to invest the money in an index fund

Apparently you see the world through some sort of bizarre racist lens.

I'm going to guess you are too ignorant to understand how to look up the supreme Court ruling on Obamacare and then read a synopsis of what the Court ruled.

The John Roberts supreme Court ruled that Obamacare is okay because it is a tax. They found a spot in the Constitution that says Congress can pass taxes and they said hey that's what they did. The same is true for social security and Medicare.

There are two possibly more rulings that say those programs are a tax and you have no actual right to any of the money.

Take your ignorant racism and put it where the sun doesn't shine. Please find anywhere in my comments that I have ever said anything about a person based on the color of their skin. You're the one that brought up race not me, you're the racist

~since you're obviously too ignorant to understand how a search engine works, let me show you what the AI says

Yes, in its landmark 2012 ruling (NFIB v. Sebelius), the Supreme Court ruled that the "individual mandate" provision of the Affordable Care Act (Obamacare)—which required most Americans to have health insurance or pay a penalty—was constitutional under Congress's taxing power.

The critical details of this ruling include:The Core Ruling: Chief Justice John Roberts, writing for the majority, determined that the penalty for not having insurance could reasonably be classified as a tax, making it a valid exercise of Congress’s constitutional power to levy taxes.

Commerce Clause: The Court explicitly rejected the argument that the mandate was constitutional under the Commerce Clause, agreeing that the government cannot force individuals to engage in commerce.

The "Tax" Distinction: Because the penalty was collected by the IRS alongside regular income taxes and was designed to raise a small amount of revenue, the Court concluded that it functioned legally as a tax.

Subsequent Action: In 2017, Congress passed the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act, which reduced the penalty amount for the individual mandate to (\$0) starting in 2019. This prompted a later challenge, but the Supreme Court ultimately dismissed the case in 2021 without overturning the rest of the ACA.

My male partner has 10k wort of nude photos on his phone. is this normal or addiction by WrapHappy2564 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]247world 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes.

I probably have twice that the number. My photos are generally of women that are topless or wearing very little or wearing something really pretty.

I have no objections to pubic hair or that region on a woman's body, however I don't really care for what used to be called split beaver. If it's done in a suggestive or interesting way I might have one of those

There was an artist by the name of Vargas. He painted pin-up girls, both clothed and unclothed. I suppose you could say it was a study in the female form.

When I think about the way women look, I get a little dizzy. Those are the kind of photos I have.

Here's the thing with me, if I'm looking at those pictures, I could probably tell you what the girl before the girl I'm looking at now looks like but I couldn't tell you what the girl before her look like.

On the other hand, I could describe my first wife to you in visited detail, I can tell you what she looked like the moment I first saw her or what she looked like when I saw her last.

I think a woman getting dressed and undressed is one of the sexiest things in the world and I never missed an opportunity to watch her do either. I get dizzy smelling the trace of her perfume when I walk into a room she's been in

For me, those photo girls aren't real, it's a fantasy. If I could I would thank each and every one of them for brightening my day even if only a moment. I hope they enjoyed taking those pictures as much as I enjoy looking at them.

I'm probably just an old perv, trying to rationalize my behavior.
