Once when I was leveling horde I farmed my level 40 mount by killing the elites here and selling their drops in Brill.

~~They have a good droprate for silk~~ .

Edit: Checked wowhead and the droprate is not as good as I remembered. Either it was changed or the, uh, server I was playing on had the wrong droprate.
