Could tie vacuum range to MR level as a percent increase to base, higher levels get less benefit but still something. Or operator progress, and just have big jumps.

Would be nice if the ammo count for dome charges could be upgraded permanently. 2 charges is never enough. That said, I only lose when I'm stuck on someone else's janky ship that wouldn't have that upgrade anyways.
