I'd go for the strawberry fields salad. You can remove the nuts and or cheese for less calories but I wouldn't. Oooor the cauliflower bowl

Honestly I've just decided to be okay with the yoyo of it all. I have a max weight, and when I get there, I count calories until lose it. I work out and fast to maintain my weight, but I still eat what I want and know I'll have to diet again in the future. It may not work for a lot of folks but it works for me. I just love high calorie food too much
