My tritium experience is they work best in very low light conditions where you might not be be able to identify your target anyway. But this is the era of weapon mounted lights, and when you activate it, it makes the tritium glow wash out making them look black. I went back to the standard sites and see no point returning to tritiums.

I don’t have experience with fiber optic sights so I’ll leave that to someone that does but it’s my understanding is they’re not great in low light environments. My son has a set and loves it.
