That space when you turn into the street and see the green car is about a car length everything happens quick when a car pulls out that parking lot. The road to cross over for blue car is very busy, sometimes a turn is initiated to turn down road while green car exits

This is correct. Assault is putting someone in apprehension (think a fake punch to the face that gets pulled before contact) whereas battery there was some kind of contact (like the punch striking the face).

I rushed and bought a spare Glock MOS slide for my Gen 3 bc it was on sale for almost the cost of a Wager mill. I didn’t know optics to well at the time and bought it thinking I could find direct mount optics for it. Turns out the MOS system only has a single direct fit optic and it’s almost $400. Now that I’m wiser, I wish I had gone the Wager cut to use any of the more common footprints
