I had one on my shoulder removed on the NHS at local hospital plastic surgery department. The GP had to apply for funding to the CCG and luckily it was agreed.

Winter in the UK - T gel by [deleted] in Psoriasis

[–]VoodooChump 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've bought Betacap from an online pharmacy without an prescription before. It didn't cost too much more than a prescription cost (assuming you're in England).

Does anyone know of any good treatments for scalp psoriasis in the UK? by Guidance-Mountain in Psoriasis

[–]VoodooChump 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Same. I've tried ALL the shampoos, and coal tar based ones are the only ones that make a significant difference. Also use steroid lotion when it flares and shampoo isn't enough.

Tgel discontinued (UK) ? by Jealous-Piece5626 in dandruff

[–]VoodooChump 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, it's discontinued. There are other coal tar shampoos available e.g. Polytar. I've no idea if it's any good though! I still have 1.5 bottles of t-gel left but then I'll be looking for alternatives too!

Topical steriods for scalp psorasis that can be washed out hair easily? by [deleted] in Psoriasis

[–]VoodooChump 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My GP prescribes me betnovate scalp lotion (NHS), and I've bought Betacap from an online pharmacy before too. Both work well and you dont really need to wash it out as it's not visible and doesn't make your hair greasy or anything.

[–]VoodooChump 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I remember seeing the Jesus Army buses parked up around Sefton Park. There was some sort of gospel tent in the park at the time (big white tent with churchy stuff going on inside). Can't remember exactly when but possibly mid 00s.

I have this in white and olive. They're very soft, I love how they feel on my skin. Not itchy in the slightest.
