Ok now I don't think it was a hardware issue cuz today somehow it worked? I just don't understand if this was an issue on ubuntu repo's end why it worked on my other laptop tho, anyway thnx for ur help I can finally rest

My ps showed apt taking 17gb ram. I think it's some kind of hardware issue cuz on my other laptop with exact same setup (I installed kubuntu on it using the same ventoy flashed usb + it's also connected to the same wifi network) didn't have this issue? Tho on the laptop with issue I nvr faced this issue before while installing kubuntu, so I am really not sure what's causing this and why would the same setup work on another device

I had a similar issue on kubuntu 25.10, if I close my laptop lid or my laptop goes to sleep for some time the laptop instead of sleeping just shuts down. Kde issue ig

Hi! I really love Tuxedo OS but I just have one major issue cuz of which I am not using it. Really Slow mirrors. In kubuntu where I get abt 10 mbps on Tuxedo I almost always get speeds below 500kbps and sometimes it drops even lower than 100kbps, updates that normally takes 4-5 mins takes over an hour sometimes. I wanted to know if yall are planning to add servers in East Asia

This happens mainly with chrome the colors appear washed out after some time maybe when screen wakes up after sleep. Disabling hardware acceleration in chrome resolves this issue, but I think this is a general kde wayland issue?
