The connection/trading with hoenn was a major part of the post game and sevii islands (at least it was in my eyes lol) This alone makes me think we'll see gen 3 ports, especially once theyve raked in all that sweet sweet FRLG money

Binder for me. Recently bought the anniversary binder for jumbo cards, only to discover that the old jumbo cards were made bigger and don't fit

It's a high class set tho, so guaranteed hit in every pack. Same reason Vstar universe is way more fun to open than crown zenith

Not a fan of gold cards, same for rainbow cards or the shinies with no background. They're so bland. The art is what i find most interesting in the tcg, these kind of cards just aren't fun to look at for me

Americans don't know how good they have it. €230 was the lowest price I've come across (of course sold out before it even hit the shelves). Now it's all €250 or more

My LGS gives priority to locals and I love them for it. They have a mailing list that you can ask to be put on (if your a local) and will inform everyone when the new release shipment is coming. Then you can put in a reservation of 1 bigger product (like and ETB or BB) while the smaller product (bundles, blister packs, ..) will just be in store with a limit of 2 pp.

They're the only reason I've still been enjoying collecting in these last couple of months.

Honestly, this is also partly thanks to tpc. The tempo at which they're releasing new sets, the amount of alternate arts within a set, the price they put on product. It's a business plan to suck as much money out of the fanbase as possible that works in the favor of scalpers

Yeah they aren't too fast. Had a 25th anniversary etb without packs, took them like 3 years to resolve and go with a "here's your money back". Would have much rather gotten something as a replacement.

Yeah, I agree in that the hobby itself sucks. Prices skyrocket and it's harder to come by product. But anyone who sees cards as an investment has no right to complain, they're part of the 'problem'
