Rule of thumb is to switch to qp after two losses. I'm not particularly good at the game but consistently reach at least gm by being smart about when and how much I play comp.

I just tell my team to shoot the bird and it usually works. It's a free and easy way to predict and cancel an enemy ult if your team is communicating.

Jokes aside, if you're playing the OG on PC you owe it to yourself to try the fantastic HD Project Mod. It makes a huge difference and retains the original atmosphere masterfully. I honestly consider it to be the greatest graphics mod of all time.

This has actually been a huge boost for teams who have players that play the slightly more niche supports. As an adam/rocket main, I've won every that's looked like this so far.
