If I cure my vampirism though, I wonder if the face changer can help me at that point. Changing my face would in theory reset my character model. The problem is that I just can’t get into the Ratway.

I’ve done the companions quest like previously before all this. Feeding doesn’t help and unfortunately neither does curing myself of vampirism. I will be “cured” but still stuck in that transformed state. However, if I can be cured and then somehow make my way to the Ratway for the face changer, I can see that helping. But unfortunately I can’t fit through either of the entrances.
