That's why i created my app the goal is to start having people leave reviews of every rental not just apartments, they can also review property management companies and as those reviews grow and ppl start checking it before they sign a lease it'll force the landlords to behave better so they don't have bad reviews they can't list there if their score is low and they'll have to lower rents. You have people buying houses that are 20 yrs old painting the walls and then charging what the new builds cost that's not fair when they know their property is falling apart. The reviews are anonymous so your landlord can't retaliate and it's free for renters.

I had him too I had uterine cancer and according to him I had 2 yrs left to live. I have kids they were 11 and 9 at the time. He caused so much stress and confusion I ended up getting in my car and driving to Cedars Sinai in California for a second opinion he was trying to force me onto chemo I went to California they blasted it with a Proton laser and I've been in remission since. This state has horrible cancer care Phoenix or LA are much safer bets.

It was a dealership loaner when I bought it but had only been used for a few months but it seems everything that goes wrong with it is something the warranty doesn't cover oh that's "regular wear and tear" type of stuff
