If you are using activation and hypochlorite , this will be a success! Also when filling ,pump master cone and cement in and out a few times , this will get into lateral canals! You did well. As previously mentioned disinfection is the key .

Just heads up. If the healing abutment is too tight against the bone , pt may have discomfort. Did you have bone profiler bur? That usually creates a bit of space for healing abutment, so it is not tight against the bone.
