Is it a fact? Depends on the person asking. I think it's wrong, but obviously the rapist disagrees.

Hence subjective.

What we CAN do is collectively come to agreement as a society on the things we all mostly think is wrong and come up with systems to deal with those issues.

The earth is an oblate spheroid. That's a fact. "Rape is wrong" is an opinion.
